Positive: Calm, nice view, polite staff, good breakfast, comfortable, nice peninsula to visit by car, easy to take bus plus train to Fukuoka, nice to rent a bicycle and visit the area

Negative: The beach wasn't the best but nice beaches nearby. A pool would have been nice.
